How to add certificates to nginx domains

- add docroot (done)
- add nginx vhost (use nginx_modsite for enabling / disabling vhosts)
- if dns is pointing to the server already and the docroot is readable
for the webserver, then
- `certbot-auto -d domain.top`
- it asks if you want a permanent redirect to ssl: yes
